PAYMENT POLICY

- Registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full and may be subject to cancellaton.

- Seating is organized on a first-seated-first-served basis and cannot always be guaranteed for late-comers.

SUBSTITUTION, CANCELLATION AND POSTPONTMENT POLICIES

- Delegates may be substituted at anytime with reasonable advance notice to Asia CEO Events.

- Cancellations received in writing 2 weeks before the event will be provided with 50% rebate. No credit will be provided for any cancellations 2 weeks before the event.

- If an event is cancelled or postponed by Asia CEO Events for any reason, a 100% credit will be provided. We are not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, change, cancellation or postponement of an event. We assume no liability if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to an accidental reason, Act of God, unanticipated incident or any other occurrence that causes the event to be unworkable or illegal. Examples of such reasons include: severe weather, emergency, fire, labor strike or war.

- Asia CEO Events reserves the right to change the format and advertised entertainers of an event if necessary without liability. Alterations will be posted on our official website as soon as possible.
