Contribution to the Philippines’ economic capabilities and standing on the world stage.

Judges evaluate evidence, not general claims. Give numbers with a baseline and a date range — revenue, headcount, retention, market share, cost, emissions, whatever is material to the achievement.

Name the initiative. Explain what had been tried before, what changed, and why the approach was not the obvious one.
