The Board of Judges of Asia CEO Awards, presented by PLDT Alpha Enterprise, include some of the most accomplished and recognized figures in the business community in Philippines. The evaluation process is scrutinized by PwC. Judges with commercial involvement with any of the nominated organizations and individuals inhibit themselves from voting.
Dr. Bernie Villegas
Bernie is considered by many as the nation’s most distinguished economist, author and professor. Closely associated with the University of Asia and the Pacific, he has been an advisor to 6 Philippine Presidents. Bernie received a PhD from Harvard University where he was one of the youngest ever teaching fellows.
Darlene is one of the nation’s most prominent and well respected public sector leaders. She is CEO of Pag-IBIG Fund, the country’s largest housing loan provider and recipient of the Public Sector Leadership award at Asia CEO Awards 2013.
Don is former President of the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines and founder and chairman of the ICT Committee and Health Committee.
Mr. Cuisia is current Ambassador of the Philippines to the United States of America and former Governor of the Central Bank of the Philippines. He is also is vice-chairman in the Philippine American Life and General Insurance Co. Ambassador Cuisia is recipient of the Lifetime Contributor award at Asia CEO Awards 2015.
Jun is Principal Architect of world-renowned architectural design and planning firm, Palafox Associates. His firm is the first in Southeast Asia to be ranked among the Top 200 firms in the world.
Oscar is former CEO of well-respected IBPAP (IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines) and built the organization into a global powerhouse. He was previously Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand for Proctor & Gamble. Oscar is currently VP-International at San Miguel Purefoods. He is recipent of Lifetime Contributor awards at Asia CEO Awards 2010.
Richard is former President of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines.

Former President of Korean Chamber of Commerce Philippines and
long term promoter of economic relations between Philippines and South Korea.
He is also the founder and CEO of Global Logistic Company, APEX (Asia
Pacific Express Corp), and professor of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in
Independent Director in a number of leading, publicly-listed Philippine companies representing the property, insurance, banking and engineering/construction sectors, i.e. Ayala Land Inc., Philamlife, RCBC and EEI.
Served as President and CEO of the Asian Institute of Management, a leading Asian Graduate School of Management established in 1968 by a consortium consisting of the Harvard Business School, two leading Philippine educational institutions (Ateneo de Manila University and De La Salle College) and a group of leading business leaders.
Former President of the Australia-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce (Philippines).

Based in the Philippines since 1997, and well-travelled in the Asian region, Martial has a good understanding of the local socio-political and economic situation. A French national and a die-hard Euro-optimist, he is fluent also in German, English, and Italian.
